48 Hour Cyclone Diet
The 48 Hour Cyclone Diet is another “all natural” quick weight loss method that’s designed to allow you to lose up to 10 pounds in 2 days. Like other similar 2-day diets the Cyclone Diet is really just a short-term juice fast. The good news is that it’s relatively safe and it does help cleanse and detoxify your body. You’ll lose weight but only a small portion of it will be fat. Like all juice fasts, on the 48 Hour Cyclone Diet you’ll lose mostly water and “waste” products. And yes, you will have to use the bathroom quite a bit.
Overall, the 48 Hour Cyclone Diet is a good way to drop a dress size or two over the weekend, which is definitely the best time to use it since your energy levels will be lower than usual. Remember, you’re consuming a fraction of your normal calorie intake, which is exactly why juice fasts are not effective for long-term weight loss.
