Free 3 Day Diet Plan Basic Guidelines
1. Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water every day.
2. Do not skip any meals or foods.
3. Do not add any types of fats (butter, margarine, oil, etc.) when preparing the foods. You can use herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, and ketchup to flavor your foods.
4. Only use the 3 day diet for THREE DAYS…more than that and you’ll begin to mess up your metabolism because of the reduced calories.
5. To increase the effectiveness of this or any diet program consider following a good
exercise program.

Free 3 Day Diet Plan Eating Instructions
Day 1
Breakfast: Black Coffee/Tea, 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Piece Toast with 1 Tbsp. Natural (no sugar) Peanut Butter
Lunch: 1/2 Cup Tuna, 1 Piece Toast, Black Coffee/Tea
Dinner: 3 oz. Lean Beef, 1 Cup Green Beans, 1 Cup Carrots, 1 Apple, 1 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 2
Breakfast: Black Coffee/Tea, 1 Egg, 1 Piece Toast, 1/2 Banana
Lunch: 1 Cup Cottage Cheese or Tuna, 8 Saltine Crackers, Black Coffee/Tea
Dinner: 5 oz. Grilled Chicken, 1 Cup Broccoli or Cabbage, 1/2 Cup Carrots, 1/2 Banana, 1 Apple, 1/2 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 3
Breakfast: Black Coffee/Tea, 5 Saltine Crackers, 1 oz. Cheddar Cheese, 1 Apple
Lunch: 1 Boiled Egg, 1 Piece Toast, Black Coffee/Tea
Dinner: 1 Cup Tuna, 1 Cup Carrots, 1 Cup Cauliflower, 1 Cup Melon, 1 Apple, 1/2 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
Remember, keep drinking water (at least 64 oz. per day) and don’t skip any meals. Use this free 3 day diet plan when you need to lose 5 – 10 pounds quickly but don’t overdo it or it will lose it’s effectiveness. Once or twice per month is ok.
