It’s a common misconception that to build muscle and tone your body you have to use weights. This just isn’t true. In fact, many world-class athletes who have fantastic bodies use nothing but their own body weight to train. Yes, if you want to build massive amounts of muscle tissue you need to use heavy weights. But if you want a great-looking body with a ton of functional strength give this free workout routine a try. Within 6 weeks you could have a whole new body with increased strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular fitness…not to mention muscle!

Free Workout Routine
Do this routine 2-3 times per week with at least one day of rest between workouts. The entire workout shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. Rest 2-3 minutes between exercises.
Warm-up: 100 jumping jacks, light stretching
Exercise 1: Bodyweight Squats (3 Sets x 50 reps/set, 45 seconds rest between sets)
Exercise 2: Pushups (3 Sets x 20 reps/set, 1 minute rest between sets)
Exercise 3: Bicycle Crunches (3 Sets x 30 reps/set, 30 seconds rest) [Note: To see how bicycle crunches are done visit our

Exercise 4: Wind Sprints (5 40-yard dash sprints, 20 seconds rest)
Cool-down: After finishing the routine continue to walk until you cool down.
Obviously there are about a million ways to customize this free workout routine. Feel free to vary the set, reps, and rest periods depending on your level of fitness. Also, you may want to experiment with different variations of the exercises. For example you might try wide, normal, and close grip pushups and “jump” squats (in which you go down into a squat and explode up, jumping as high as you can). No matter what, keep the workout intense and effective. You’ll see dramatic improvements in your body within a few weeks!
