A Simple Way to Cut Hundreds of Calories Each Day

There's a very simple, highly-effective way to cut a ton
of calories from your diet, lose body fat, improve your
health, and increase your energy levels:
Stop drinking liquids with lots of calories!
Basically, stop drinking high-sugar sodas, coffee (and
"coffee drinks") with lots of cream and sugar, beer,
liquor, and anything else that packs huge amounts of
empty calories into a few gulps of liquid.
These sugary, high-carb drinks are even worse than high-
sugar foods. Hardly any digestion is needed and your body
can absorb all the calories within minutes, causing a huge
spike in your insulin and blood sugar levels. This causes
your body to store all the extra calories (including those
from the food you ate WITH the soda) as body fat.
High-calorie drinks have also been associated with many
different health problems. And, as you know if you're a
regular soda drinker, the energy "crash" that follows the
sugar rush basically kills your day.
The BEST liquid you can drink is filtered water. Add a
lemon slice if you don't like the taste of plain water.
Other good choices are seltzer water with a small amount
of fruit juice and diet sodas.
Make the switch to zero or near-zero calorie drinks and
you'll begin feeling and looking better today, I promise!
