How to Make Fat 'Fly Off'

A simple, but not necessarily easy, way to lose A LOT of
fat quickly is to eliminate all starchy carbs from your
diet for a few weeks. Eat only lean proteins and vegetables
with a small amount of fruit and nuts thrown in for taste,
nutrition, and to help you keep your sanity.
Combine this diet with 3-4 exercise sessions (cardio AND
weights) per week and you just might be amazed at what
happens! You'll lose a ton of bodyfat and you'll look
leaner and more toned very quickly.
This is a type of 'low carb' diet so you've got to be
careful and not stay on it for more than 2 or 3 weeks at a
time. Most people can't cut all bread, cereal, potatoes,
etc. from their diets for more than a few weeks anyway
(which is exactly why 'low carb' and 'no carb' diets
almost never work long-term).
The small amounts of natural sugar in the fruit and the
healthy fats in the nuts should help prevent the severe
lack of energy that accompanies most low-carb diets.
