War sucks. There's no doubt about it. Global conflict and
terrorism aren't much better. It would be very easy to let
what's going on in Iraq right now get you down. In fact,
many people will use these stressful times as an excuse to
stop exercising and start eating more unhealthy 'comfort'
foods.
Don't be one of those people!
Exercise and healthy diet has been proven over and over
again to be a surefire way to deal with stress and anxiety.
In fact, when I'm feeling stressed, I actually make an
effort to exercise MORE. I also take more vitamins and eat
more high-nutrient foods to help my body deal with the
effects of stress. (see the article on Bee Pollen below)
Don't let the actions of terrorists, tyrants, and other
evil people affect YOUR health! Don't use food or alcohol
to deal with stress. Most importantly, don't let negative
