How to Fool Yourself Into Losing Weight
---------------------------------------
Successful dieters are usually very good at "fooling"
themselves. More specifically, they're good at tricking
their brains into believing that they're eating way more
than they really are.
As I've said many times, the typical "eat less" mentality of
dieting doesn't work. When you eat less food, volume-wise,
you just get hungry, irritable, and extremely susceptible to
devouring entire tubs of ice cream at one sitting.
Basically, a small salad and two crackers is NOT a good
weight loss meal, despite what you may have heard!
The key is to eat lots of food with high-nutrient value but
low calories...and to mix those foods in with other high-
calorie foods. A large bowl of "pasta" that is, in reality,
only 30% pasta, 60% veggies, and 10% low-cal tomato sauce is
a good example of what I'm talking about.
It's tasty and won't leave you feeling hungry an hour later!
Muffins made with 80% whole-grain flour, 20% white flour,
lots of blueberries, and only a small amount of honey or
natural brown sugar is another good example of filling but
healthy "diet" food.
There are a million ways to create big meals that fill you
up but don't make you fat. And when you can create a daily
calorie deficit (to lose weight) without getting hungry your
weight loss progress will never stop!

Never Sit for More Than 20!
---------------------------
Never sit for more than 20 minutes without a break. Get up
and move around -- even if it’s just for 15 seconds. Try to
break for at least one to two minutes. Stretch your arms,
legs, and back. Take some deep breaths and clear your mind.
This'll keep you from going into "couch potato" mode while
energizing you at the same time!
