Losing Weight with Pasta
Pasta is usually considered a big “no no” if you’re trying
to lose weight. It’s a starchy carb with a ton of calories.
However, WHOLE WHEAT pasta isn’t too bad at all. It’s full
of fiber, protein and nutrients that normal semolina pasta
doesn’t have. And, in my opinion, it tastes better too!
And because whole wheat pasta has so much fiber, it makes
you feel “full” much faster than other starchy carbs.
Therefore you’re less likely to eat too much.
