How to “Shock” the Fat off Your Body

Don’t like working out first thing in the morning on an
empty stomach 4 times per week?
Well, no duh, most of us don’t! It may be one of the most
effective ways to burn fat fast but it sure is a pain in
the butt…which is why most people will only do it for a few
weeks at a time.
But you can still get some of the benefits of an empty-
stomach workout without torturing yourself…
So here’s what you do: add a “shock” aerobic session ONE
day per week. Hop on your treadmill first thing in the
morning and do a nice, easy, slow-to-moderate pace for at
least 45 minutes. Drink a cup of black coffee or two cups
of green tea (NO SUGAR/MILK) 15 minutes before and you will
burn A TON of fat!
Since you only do this ONCE per week and not every other
day, you’re more likely to stick with it. And you’ll still
enjoy the benefits of the dreaded morning workout without
all the dread!

Eat Carbs…and STILL Lose Weight
===============================
Carbs aren’t as bad as you may think.
The trick to eating carbs and still losing weight is carb
cycling. Simply alternate the types of carbs you eat during
the week.
Eat mostly fibrous, “watery” carbs (vegetables and a little
fruit) for two days in a row. Then switch to your starchy
carbs (whole grain bread, rice, oatmeal, etc.) for 2 or 3
days.
The cool thing about this cycle is that it’s really not
that difficult to stay on, especially once you get used to
it. And it is effective!
