favor if you workout in the morning.

metabolism and keeps it elevated for MANY hours. Basically,
you’ll be burning more calories all day long just because
you worked out early!

3. Most people who exercise in the morning feel much more
refreshed and energized throughout the day. When you get a
good, efficient 30 minute workout done early, you’ll feel
better and probably be more productive for the rest of the
day.

Too many people think the key to losing weight is to eat
“small portions”. Don’t get me wrong, you should never
gorge yourself at a meal but you don’t want to starve
yourself either…
