How to Make Time for Rapid Results

You can get really fast weight loss and fitness results
with just 3 hours of moderate-intensity exercise per
week. The trick for many people is "finding" those 3 hours
in a week filled with work and other responsibilities.
So here are a few ways to find the time to get in shape:
1. Wake up 15 minutes earlier each morning
2. Workout at home (no driving to the gym)
3. Prepare meals in bulk and freeze or refrigerate them
(this saves a TON of cooking/preparation time)
4. Buy enough fruit for the whole week (3-4 pieces a day)
and carry some with you at all times to avoid wasting time
and calories at the drive-thru.
5. Make a schedule each Sunday allotting 3 hours for
fitness. Do your best to follow it closely.
There you go.These simple steps will help you find the time
you need to take care of your body. They'll also help to
reduce stress and improve your diet!
