How to Eat Well When You Eat Out
================================


Ever go to a restaurant with friends and eat 2000 calories
worth of food before you even realize what's going on. In
the US, it's REAL easy to do this. Our restaurants are all
about "value" and big portions. Luckily, there many ways to
eat at a restaurant without gaining 5 lbs. Here's one such
way:

When you're at a restaurant, order a BIG salad with extra
veggies as an appetizer. Then order a small, protein-rich
appetizer as your main course. Use a health vinaigrette as
the salad dressing.

The fiber in the salad and veggies will fill you up and
decrease your appetite. The small, high-protein "main
course" will ensure that you don't overeat.

Just make sure you don't start picking at other people's
leftovers!

How to Look & Feel 300% Better by February

OK, it's almost a new year. What are you going to do
differently to make this year better than the last. One
thing you could do is exercise more. Regular exercise has
so many benefits it's crazy! There are too many to list
but basically if you start exercising 4 - 5 days per week
beginning the first week of January...

YOU WILL LOOK AND FEEL 300% BETTER BY FEBRUARY!

If you don't believe me that's ok. Try it for a month and
you'll prove it to yourself. Make exercise fun and easy by
joining a gym with a friend or by buying some good home
fitness equipment. It may be the best investment you'll
make this year.

One piece of home exercise equipment I can't recommend
enough is the high-end Total Gym models. Forget about the
crappy "1000" models you can buy at Walmart. The model
11000 and 24000 are only available online and are some of
the best designed, highest-quality fitness tools you'll
find anywhere.

Intense Cardio = Intense Fat Loss
=================================


If you want to burn off that flab fast try this:

Perform 3 to 4 sessions a week of intense cardio/aerobics,
with each session lasting approximately 20 minutes.

Try to perform at your peak during each session and the
next time you do cardio, try to beat your time or distance
for the previous session.

Soon you will notice a drastic decrease in body fat levels.

Which gives credence to the saying, it's not what you do that
counts, it's how you do it!
