So, is this new form of Xenadrine, called “the next generation of thermogenic technology,” nearly as good as the original? Unfortunately, the answer to that question is one of those “yes and no” types…Xenadrine EFX is definitely a decent product. It doesn’t give you the huge jolt of energy that normal Xenadrine does, but it also doesn’t leave you feeling jittery and nervous for hours after you take it. That alone is a HUGE "plus" in our opinion! EFX has some potent fat-burning ingredients that are not found in almost any other weight loss product. Unfortunately, none of these ingredients have been shown to have anywhere near the thermogenic effects of the ephedrine/caffeine blend found in normal Xenadrine. But the best feature of Xenadrine EFX may be the fact that its ingredients aren’t as strong as Xenadrine’s. In reality, Xenadrine is probably a little too potent for most people, especially for long-term use. The ephedrine/caffeine stack is such a strong stimulant that it really shouldn’t be used for more than a few weeks at a time. However, the much more mild stimulants found in Xenadrine EFX are probably better suited to long-term use. One thing’s for sure -- EFX is much better than the normal formula in terms of enhancing mental focus and acuity because it doesn’t cause your mind to “race” the way ephedrine and caffeine does.
Overall, Xenadrine EFX is a good, effective quick weight loss supplement. Its unique formula increases energy, suppresses appetite, and enhances mental focus. The green tea, yerba mate, and grape seed extracts included in the blend also add a healthy shot of antioxidant activity. If you’re looking for a good fat loss product without the negative effects associated with the ephedrine/caffeine stack, we highly recommend Xenadrine EFX. The results might not come as quickly but the ride will be much more enjoyable.
